Beginning Dec 1, 2020 gweikecloud warrants its products and parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original date of receipt and this includes the power source.  Focal lenses are warranted for 30 days.  During this period, gweikecloud will repair or replace defective parts including ground shipping without charge to you (International shipping not included).   On site repairs are available at a reasonable cost with consideration to traveling and tech time.  

Warranty Conditions

The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1.  This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by gweikecloud to the original purchaser only.

2.  As previously recorded on this website sales prior to Dec 1, 2020 is limited to a one (1) year warranty for all CO2 laser machines

3.  Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted.  The laser machine system owner is responsible for any service and repairs outside the scope of this warranty

4.  This warranty covers only normal use of the laser machine. gweikecloud shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:

(i)  *Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or installation

  *Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:

(i) Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump

(iv) Failure to remove or clean debris from collection tray

5.  gweikecloud and its Authorized Service Center accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to gweikecloud.

6.  This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related problems not purchased from gweikecloud.

7.  gweikecloud is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Clients are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. gweikecloud is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service.

8.  gweikecloud is a support driven company. We continue to extend FREE tech support for life to the original clients.  An annual fee will be charged to support resales (in the event the client resells the machine).  The Warranty however is non-transferable.

9.  gweikecloud agrees to absorb Ground Shipping Costs for Warranty Replacement Items. We offer the ability for clients to upgrade to expedited shipping for the cost difference, which will be invoiced and charged to the client prior to shipment.

10. International shipping costs and/or customs fees associated with fulfillment of Warranty Replacement Items are the responsibility of the client.

11. gweikecloud at its own discretion reserves the right to deny the purchase of any extended warranty.

Gweikecloud offers free lifetime tech support via Email to the original purchaser.  However, after 1 years replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges.  gweikecloud will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.  

A non-defective product may be returned to gweikecloud within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

1. gweikecloud will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then a standard $100 fee for machines will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer. 

2. No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.

3. All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.

4. Due to the underwriters leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds for equipment leased but, can rather issue an exchange.
5. Quantity purchases of (3) three systems or more will incur a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee less any shipping or handling charges.

Turn on and connect to the WI-FI

    (1).Firstly,Turn on the power switch button on the back of the laser printer. (Turn on is "I", Turn off is "O")

    (2).Click Wifi in the menu bar to jump to the wifi configuration and help page.

    (3).After jumping to the wifi configuration page, press and hold the button on the device for 5 seconds until the button color turns purple, and then release the button. The color of the button will change from purple to red, back and forth.

    (4).Please turn on the wifi of your laptop or tablet, search for the device WIFI. The device WIFI is named after "device00x" and connect to the device WIFI. When the device WIFI display is connected, the device WIFI connection is successful.

    (5).After the device's WIFI connection is successful, click the button "WIFI configuration" to jump to the WIFI connection page.

    (6).Enter the account password of the home wifi (please ensure that the account password is correct, the network needs to be above 100M, and the network speed is better), and click "Connect Now" After prompting Connection successful, close the wifi

connection page and return to the operation page.

    When the light of the button on the device goes out and the device status on the operation page displays "Ready" or "reset", it proves that the wifi connection is successful.volume_up.

    The Gweikecloud complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11, the Federal Performance Standards for Light-Emitting Products, except for deviations pursuant to Laser.Notice No. 50, dated July 16, 2001. The Center for Devices and Radiological Health, of the

US FDA, issued Laser Notice No. 50 to permit manufacturers to classify and manufacture their products in accordance with the International Standard. The output of the embedded laser is fully contained. The laser cabinet has safety interlocks that turn the laser off if any access door is opened during operation, and no special precautions are necessary to operate the laser safely. Access doors are interlocked and can be opened without the use of a tool. Any interlocked door that is opened while the machine is operating will immediately stop the laser from firing.

    Access panels are not interlocked and require a tool for opening or removal. Access panels should always be installed when the laser is operating. Never operate the laser system with an access panel removed.

    The visible output beam of the Laser Diode Pointer (Red Dot Pointer) is accessible to the operator. While this device employs the same technology as the familiar laser pen-pointers, like them it is potentially hazardous if its beam is directed into the eye.

    We have made every effort to make the Laser Diode Pointer (Red Dot Pointer) as safe as possible. Its beam path is located well inside the cabinet, and under normal conditions,no hazardous levels of laser radiation can escape.

    *The operator of the Gweikecloud should observe the following general precautions：

    ·DO NOT disassemble the machine or remove any of its protective covers while the unit is plugged in.

    ·DO NOT attempt to defeat the door interlocks.

    ·DO NOT view directly into the beam of the Laser Diode Pointer (Red Dot Pointer).

    ·DO NOT operate the Laser Diode Pointer (Red Dot Pointer) without the machine's focus lens in place. If the unfocused beam strikes a reflective surface, it could be directed out of the cabinet.
