Return Policy

I.30 days and for any reason you may exercise your right to return

We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. gweike cloud guarantees you a 30-Day Return window (beginning the date of receipt) to evaluate your purchase.

Within the thirty (30) days and for any reason you may exercise your right to return or exchange your purchase. A refund or exchange will be issued once machine has been returned and all items are accounted for.

For your convenience we advise you to keep and the original crate and packaging for possible return.  Refunds exclude any shipping or handling costs (If Quality Problem, we will afford the shipping cost).  Any non-returned accessories will not be refunded. Please us email prior to return shipping for confirmation.

II.Return Process

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.

Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.

Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

Please advise us the return tracking number after you return items or we can not do the refund or reshipment.

III.Return of Non-Defective Product Policy:

A non-defective product may be returned to gweikecloud within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

1. Gweikecloud will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then a standard $300 fee will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer. 

2. No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.

3.Due to the underwriters leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds for equipment leased but, can rather issue an exchange.

4. To return any product clients must email our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval.  Due to freight costs we will not accept any un-approved returned shipments.

Ⅳ.After One-Year Warranty – Post Warranty Support and/or Repairs

Gweikecloud offers free lifetime tech support via Email to the original purchaser.However, after 1 years replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges.Gweikecloud will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.  

Ⅴ.Shipping Fee
SPC LASER is not liable for problems under the following customer's subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
