We have had a great experience with Gweike customer service. They have been very attentive and patient with us as we went through the process of finding out about this air purifier. The machine arrived very quickly. Was super easy to set up and has made a massive difference in our small business. The power settings are flexible, being able to control the suction when working on jobs where a lot of smoke is released. On the lower settings, the machine is barely audible and still offers good extraction.
I would advise any one with open design laser to buy or build an enclosure and use this alongside it. While it will extract almost all smoke when working with open design lasers, it really works best when the smoke is contained within a space. There are a few laser companies that now offer large enclosure options already assembled.
Overall an affordable and very functional machine that will fit into any small or medium sized business. Paired with the care and attention from Gweike Customer service, we can definitely recommend to others who are considering adding this to their setup.

The Gweike cloud pro is very well built, sturdy and well thought out. I use it solely with LightBurn and now Ive set up a materials library for different thickness material the focus works well. The initial problem I had was the laser would not fire, after comms with tech support (very good and very knowledgeable) we discovered it was the microswitch on the draw. Tech support explained step by step how to fit a jumper on the control board so I could disable the switch. The laser has worked perfectly ever since (no need for microswitch should be removed). Im totally happy with laser and would not hesitate to reccommend A+++

Just got my airfilter and I must say it exceeds my expectations.
It is a replacement for my diy filter which was not nearly as good as this professional one. If I had known how good it is in comparison to the diy filter, I would have never started building one myself!
Delivery was fast and it was packaged perfectly. Nevertheless the inner filter could only be removed with some effort, because it was damaged at one corner, so it gets stuck and needs a lot of force when trying to remove it.
We removed it, because we could not find a hose as described above and thought that it could only be in the case itself... but nope, no hose delivered. (Could have been really handy to have a 3m one instead my old 1.5m hose.)
But all in all I can recommend this filter and I give it 5 stars.
I'm new wit lasers - so there is a learning curve... Pro *** Can you Lightburn Software - not tied to cloud or gweike software. BTW connecting to the cloud is very difficult.(it's not my wifi server-cause the signal is strong enough for the next house to use)... Not once as the Gweike softare been successful.
***** I want the cloud print files, but if you can't connect to the cloud - NO Files for you!

The laser is built very well and so far is very accurate. However, the focusing is complicated. You have to subtract the thickness of the material from some number then move focus the laser the difference. Using lightburn to get get to focus you need is not intuitive. So for 3mm plywood, I set the focus to 12.8. It would be nice if the controlling software did all the math for you. The laser should know how far away the lens is from the base, what the focus distance is from the lens to the material surface. I dont know how far the focus distance is. Basically the focusing is complicated with this laser and not intuitive and how it translate into a focus distance in lightburn. It seem designed around using gweike material with a barcode on it, using it without that and lightburn is complicated to focus.
Second there is not much space for thicker material.
I dont know why there is an exhaust fan i. the exhaust port since you hook up to an external fan anyways it seems redundant and an impediment to air flow.
It is a very good laser it just has some quirks particular in the focusing that make it more complicated then it needs to be when using it with lightburn.
This machine is extremely well built. The drive motors, the drag chains, the electrical connections, and the z axis mount are all evident of a company that has built commercial grade equipment. They need to spend time on the OOBE for the American market. However, my three dumb questions to tech support were enough to get me up and operating. WiFi function has never worked. I use LightBurn. I will say that the Cloud RF in terms of accuracy, detail of cut and engrave give the Epilog a run for its money. The RF does not have a 7 inch Z axis but it does have an open base if you want to work on larger projects. The exhaust fan on the RF needs to be supported by the additional exhaust fan that came in the bundle and I also use the environmental filter device. All work well together. But the RF cuts 3mm, 4mm ply like butter with a hot knife and fast. It creates a considerable amount of smoke especially when cutting a full size sheet of material. The biggest detail in my decision to purchase the RF was the width of the laser kerf. Once you know how to focus the laser, the cut width is far far far superior to a CO2. I encourage Gwieke to keep perfecting the RF machine as this market niche has few competitors.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to many years of enjoyment.
The machine is nice don’t get me wrong but there are pros and cons with it.
Cons: 1)first day I got it and set it up I was on chat with support team rebuilding the motherboard since my camera didn’t work. (We got it fixed after 9hrs)
2) I wish once you calibrated your camera it stayed calibrated, I always have to redo mine every morning
3) go ahead and order a spare lens cause after a couple projects your lens is going to be burnt and you need a new one and shipping takes FOREVER!!!!!
4) their software is China based so it barely works in US so lightburn is going to be your best friend!
Pros: support team is very helpful and patient with you
2) once you get the hang of it you are not going to turn back and regret not ordering sooner
3) you can make ALOTTTTT of different things with it! I’ve had it for 2 months and still learning new things to make and it’s amazing.

We are really happy with the gweike cloud so far. It's faster and after a bit of a learning curve, fairly easy to use with lightburn. The tech support is also amazing. 24/7 i could go to a private WhatsApp group with the employees of gweike to help me with any tech questions i had. Its amazing how fast they reply, wich is neccessary when you depend on the machine for your small business.

The email I got said I should review my new Pro II. But that's not what I got. They sent me a Pro 1, even though I specifically asked if I would get a Pro II, so they still don't seem to know what they sent me! They also said they would refund me $300 for the mistake, but I'm still waiting for that 2 months later. As far as the machine though, I generally like it. The external air assist does give me more options, and I've bought a cal air compressor to make up for the Gwike noisy one. Also, the internal USB cable that goes from the controller to the jack on the back is very flaky, and I had to disconnect it and run a new cable right from the controller out the back. I've been learning Lightburn which takes some time, but so far, the machine seems to cut and engrave very well, much better than the GF I had. it's faster too. It seems very hackable too, with access to be able to make improvements as people come up with them. So in total, I like the machine, but not that impressed with the company so far.

I really like my new machine and the reason its only got four rather than five stars is because there were a few minor problems at the start. Loose connections etc ruined the initial experience but after working with tech support, all is well and I continue to both learn and enjoy the world of my GWPro. Future machines would benefit from a quieter air pump, its WAY too loud and Ive substituted a fish tank air pump in its place. From 70db down to 35, bliss.
